Introduction

AInablers is a trade name of gracious. AInablers (hereinafter "we") processes personal data of its customers, clients, customers and consumers of our clients, and other contacts. We do this both on behalf of our clients and for our own activities (website and marketing).

In this Privacy Statement, we explain why and how we process your personal data for our own activities. If you have any questions about the activities of our clients, clients, and/or partners, we kindly refer you to these respective parties.

Who we are

We are AInablers, an AI consulting and implementation agency based in The Hague. This privacy statement applies to all our processing activities, even if we process personal data together with other parties.

You can subscribe to our newsletters. Sometimes personalized, and sometimes not. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe in every email.

Rights of data subjects

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), everyone has certain rights. We would like to inform you about your rights as a data subject. If you have any tips or comments, we would love to hear them.

  • Information and access: You can see which personal data we process about you.

  • Right to be forgotten: You can request the deletion of the personal data we have about you. However, it may be necessary for us to continue processing that data for other purposes (e.g., legal retention period for accounting of 7 years).

  • Restriction: If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or incorrectly, you can also request the restriction of that processing.

  • Objection: You can object to the processing of your personal data.

  • Data portability: This is a new right under the GDPR. You can (have) your personal data transferred.

To exercise your rights, you can contact our DPO.

Additionally, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; AP). If you believe that we are not acting in accordance with privacy legislation, we would like to hear from you. At AInablers, we value your privacy and we are always willing to discuss any concerns you may have.

How long do we retain your data

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary.

Legal basis and processing activities

As explained above, we process certain data to fulfill a legal obligation and some for the performance of a contract between the client and us as the contractor. Finally, we process some data with your consent, such as when sending our newsletters. In this Privacy Statement, we share with you the parties we work with.

Third-party recipients

In order to provide our services, we engage service providers. These are not 'recipients', but (sub)processors. In the overview below, we have listed the (sub)processors and indicated what these parties are for. These parties process personal data in accordance with the instructions of gracious.

We work with the following (sub)processors for our own activities:

  • Google Cloud (hosting provider, data center in the Netherlands and Belgium)

  • Vercel (hosting provider)

  • Google Analytics (provides insight into all traffic and events on the website)

  • Pandadoc (document management)

  • Exact Online (accounting)

  • Gripp (project administration and general CRM)

  • Hubspot (CRM for our sales activities)

  • Leadinfo (prospect recognition software)

Use of cookies

We place cookies on visitors to our website. We do this to collect information about the pages visitors visit on our website, to keep track of how often visitors return, and to see which pages perform well on the website. We also keep track of the information the browser shares. We use this information to continuously improve your web experience and to effectively carry out our marketing activities.
